FOR ASSOCIATIONS, CHAPTERS AND TEAMS

Bring your chapter, association or team to a certificate.

One key. Your whole group, in one room.

Pick a job. We give you a key. Everyone with it registers, pays at your group’s rate or nothing at all if you’ve prepaid, and learns alongside the rest of your group in a room nobody else can see.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 01

    Tell us about your group

The form below: who you are, which job, roughly how many people.

  2. 02

    We set up your key

A 12-character key tied to your group and the certificate, with your rate, a seat cap and a claim-by date.

  3. 03

    Share one link

Members open it, sign in, join. Each one lands enrolled and in your group’s private room.

TWO WAYS TO PAY

Members pay, or you prepay seats.

MEMBERS PAY

Each person checks out on their own card, at your rate.

You choose the discount. It’s applied automatically for anyone who joins with your key, monthly or annual, their choice. They see exactly what they’ll pay, for how long, and how to cancel, before they join.

  • No invoice to your group; nothing to collect
  • Members already subscribed move to the certificate’s tier at your rate, prorated
  • Cancel any time; what they’ve made stays theirs

YOU PREPAY SEATS

Buy a block of seats on one invoice. Members claim them free.

We invoice your group for a number of seats. Anyone with your key claims one at no charge. Each seat runs twelve months from the day it’s claimed, and the key stops working on its claim-by date.

  • One purchase order, no cards from members
  • Seat cap and claim-by date set when we mint the key
  • When a seat ends, lessons and certificates stay; extend it or the member subscribes

YOUR ROOM

Private means private.

  • Your group gets its own room for the certificate. Only your members and rtwo admins can read, post or follow it.
  • People who join without a key stay in the open room. Someone who joins with yours leaves it and is in your room only.
  • A key is bounded by its seat cap and claim-by date, and you can ask us to pause it at any time.

SET UP YOUR GROUP

Tell us about your group.

We reply by email, set up your group and send you the key and the link to share. If you’d rather prepay seats, say so and roughly how many.

Prices are the certificate’s: $79/mo or $708/yr per member before your group’s rate.

No payment now. Nothing is charged until members join.

Already have a key? Open the link your coordinator sent you, or paste it after rtwo.ai/join/.
